What to Expect

Shooting with me — expect to have a good freaking time. We’ll be doing a lottt of moving, so skip the gym that day my dudes. I’ll be giving you guidance and prompts to help you get going in the right direction without feeling awkward but, you’ll still be adding in your own little flare.

Capturing how you truly would interact with one another is the goal. You can choose to make a prompt “get close and smooch” super silly by just grabbing your partners booty and giving them big wet kisses all over. Or if you’re a more affectionate couple, you can rub your hands all through your hunny’s hair while getting in some steamy kisses. It’ll all be up to you! But, don’t let that scare you! Genuine interaction between each other will flow out of you in front of the camera. If you get stuck, I’m 100% here to help and will continue to guide you with prompts and suggestions.

During your session with me, you won’t be asked to do any stiff and awkward poses that don’t feel like yourselves. I want you to feel so relaxed and just having a good time! These feelings flow through the camera and are portrayed in your images making it a whole hecka lot easier to love ALL of your photos because they feel like you!

My Approach

Every single love story is different. How you love each other is different. Jack may have met Jill at a friend’s barbeque, have been together for 6 months, and are more silly than affectionate. While we have Dan who met Sam out at a bar, have been together for 2 years, and are all about displays of affection.

Your photos should tell your story and only yours. Every image in your gallery should be unique to you and your hunny. I flourish in the moments that are perfectly imperfect. The moments when you’re helping each other down a steep hill, when you’re holding each other tight and just staring off into the sunset, when you’re tucking that stray hair back behind their ear. These in between moments and how you interact with each other create a story. Your story.

When you receive your images, they won’t just be pretty pictures to hang on your walls. They’ll take you back to that moment. Remind you of those feelings that you felt on that day.
