How many images will we receive?

On average, I give approximately 50 images per hour for an elopement. So, for an 8 our day, you’d receive around 400 images documenting . For a engagement session, I typically end up editing around 150 images for your gallery.

How will we receive our images?

All of your images will be delivered in an online gallery called Pic-Time! You’ll receive and email from me with a link to your gallery where you can download your images in web-size and high-resolution. You can also share your gallery through email, Facebook, or link. Through your gallery you can also purchase any prints, canvases, albums, and other super fun things like calendars or greeting cards! Your gallery link will also be available for you to access up to 3 years!

How long will it take to receive our images?

You will receive sneak peek images within 5 business days. I know how impatient I can be to see my photos when I get them done, so I like to get some little sneaks to you as soon as possible! Full gallery turn around time for intimate weddings and elopements is 12 weeks. Full gallery turn around time for enagement sessions is 6 weeks!

How involved are you in the planning process?

For my intimate weddings & elopements, I’m typically very involved in the planning process with my couples. I don’t quite call myself a planner, rather a guide for my eloping couples to help them through their entire booking + planning process. But, I offer recommendations for vendors, suggest activities and even places to stay, help my couples decide on the best time of year for their special day if need be, assist in finding and selecting the perfect ceremony location, as well as creating a timeline for their elopement day to make sure their day is just as they imagined and more!

How do we book?

To book with me, fill out my contact form so I can read about all the deets that you’ve worked so hard to plan already and I’ll get back to you so that we can chat a little more and see if we’re the perfect match! Once we decide what package works best for you or we create a custom package for your special day, I’ll email you a proposal containing a contract and your invoice.

For weddings and elopements, I require a $1,000 retainer and signed contract to secure your date with me! For engagement sessions I require a 50% retainer and a signed contract. After this is complete, I’m all yours and we can start the planning process!

How does travel work?

All travel is included in my packages for intimate weddings & elopements across the United States as well as across the globe! So, that means no additional fees!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I’m extremely flexible on when you can pay. I require a $1,000 retainer for weddings/elopements and 50% for engagement sessions to book. After this, your final payment for your wedding/elopement will be due 30 days prior to your wedding date and 7 days prior for an engagement session! Other than this, you can make payments however and whenever you’d like!
